We built DualCam to give you a powerful, subscription-free front-and-back camera utility. We believe your private moments and driving data belong to you, not us. Our privacy philosophy is simple: We don’t collect your data.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

• No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or share any personal information, name, phone number, or email address.
• No Video or Audio Tracking: All video and audio recorded through DualCam is processed locally on your iPhone. We do not have access to your camera feeds, recordings, or microphone data. Your videos are saved directly to your device.
• No Location Tracking: We do not track, log, or store your GPS location data.

2. Device Permissions

To function as a dual-camera recorder, DualCam requires access to your device’s hardware. These permissions are used strictly to run the app on your phone:

• Camera: To record front and back video simultaneously.
• Microphone: To capture audio alongside your video recordings.
• Photo Library / Storage: To save your recorded video files directly to your device so you can view them.

3. Third-Party Services

DualCam does not use third-party analytics trackers, background cookies, or advertising SDKs.

4. Changes to This Policy

If we update this app to include new local features, we will update this policy accordingly. However, our commitment to keeping your data yours will never change.
